The leg Barcelona and Liverpool are involved in would usually be held across the US but the Spanish champions want to keep their pre-season plans local after a long summer of international football.
Ticket prices have been sent at £36 for adults with juniors tickets on offer at £15.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Leicester City and Tottenham are the other clubs competing in this summer's competition.
Last month ICC promoter Charlie Stillitano vowed that Neymar would be the only member of Barcelona's biggest names not to feature in their matches.
The Brazilian star will head home ahead of the Olympic Games football tournament which starts on August 3.
Stillitano said: 'The only players who would be missing for either team would be players that are playing in the Olympics. And that would really be it.

'I think both teams should have really full-strength squads.
'I think Neymar has announced that he'd not play in the Copa America Centenario and he's going to play in the Olympics.
'I don't think he would be here for this game on the 30th but his team-mates who are equally important and famous will be here.'
