RUMOURS: Release clause means Vardy could leave Leicester for Champions League rival
Both the striker and N'Golo Kante could move to a
European rival under the terms of their contracts as the Foxes look to
hold on to their best players this summer
Leicester City's hopes of keeping Jamie Vardy could be compromised by a £20million release clause valid for fellow Champions League competitors, according to the Daily Mail.
The striker put pen to paper on a new contract in March, committing his future to the Foxes before their fairytale Premier League triumph.
But the newspaper claims the deal includes a clause which would allow Vardy to move to another team in Europe's top competition should they meet that hefty valuation, as does the contract of N'Golo Kante.
